Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 2- 5 business days, (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email (provided you supplied us with the correct email address) once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times:
  • Local (South Africa): 2–5 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days (subject to customs clearance)

Shipping Providers:

  • We partner with reputable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
  • Dr Sandi Medical Aesthetics is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs.

Order Issues:

  • If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team at info@drsandiaesthics.co.za, within 7 days of delivery, or call us/WhatsApp 071 324 1407 

Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:
  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Due to the nature of medical aesthetic products, the following items are non-returnable:
  • Opened or used products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

Return Process:

  1. Email drsandiorders@gmail.com, your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
