Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
- All orders are processed within 2- 5 business days, (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email (provided you supplied us with the correct email address) once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Local (South Africa): 2–5 business days
- International: 7–14 business days (subject to customs clearance)
Shipping Providers:
- We partner with reputable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Dr Sandi Medical Aesthetics is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs.
Order Issues:

Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
- Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items:
- Due to the nature of medical aesthetic products, the following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used products
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
Return Process:
- Email drsandiorders@gmail.com, your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds:
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
