Terms & Conditions

Dr. Sandi Medical Aesthetics

1. General

By booking an appointment, purchasing products, or using our services, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below.

Dr. Sandi Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.


2. Bookings & Appointments

  • All appointments must be booked in advance via our website, WhatsApp, or in-store. 
  • A deposit is required to secure your booking. 
  • Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received. 


3. Consultation Fees

  • A consultation fee of R800 is required for an appointment with Dr Sandi for new patients
  • A consultation fee of R400 is required for an appointment with Dr Sandi for existing patients
  • This fee is non-refundable. 
  • The consultation allows for a full assessment and personalised treatment plan. 


4. Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. 
  • Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in the loss of your deposit. 
  • Clients arriving late may have their treatment time reduced or be rescheduled. 


5. Treatment Policy

  • All treatments are performed by qualified professionals. 
  • Results may vary from person to person. 
  • Multiple sessions may be required to achieve desired results. 
  • A consultation is required before certain treatments to ensure suitability. 
  • 50% deposit for treatment or procedure is required


6. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods:

  • Debit Card 
  • Cash 
  • PayJustNow 

We do not accept medical aid.

Full payment is required on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed.


7. Product Purchases

  • All skincare products must be used as directed. 
  • Results may vary depending on skin type and condition. 
  • We are not responsible for the misuse of products. 


8. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. 
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. 
  • Proof of purchase is required. 
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. 
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. 


9. Medical Disclaimer

  • Our treatments and products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions. 
  • Clients must disclose all relevant medical history before treatment. 
  • It is the client’s responsibility to inform the practitioner of any changes in health. 


10. Liability

Dr. Sandi Medical Aesthetics will not be held liable for:

  • Any adverse reactions where full medical history was not disclosed 
  • Failure to follow aftercare instructions 
  • Individual variations in treatment results 


11. Privacy

All client information is kept confidential and handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
